THE ORIGIN

Before the launch of Frites Atelier, Michelin-starred Chef Sergio Herman spent no less than 18 months perfecting the unique fries of Frites Atelier.

Since 2016, Chef Sergio Herman has been creating unique fries specialties for Frites Atelier, with distinctive names such as “Veggie Alla Norma” and “Arabic Baba & Feta.” Frites Atelier offers a new fries experience while staying true to traditional values, where the taste and texture of our signature Frites Atelier make a difference every time.
