THE ORIGIN
Nightingale is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s literary tale and Opera created by Igor Stravinsky and Stephan Mitusov in 1914. The story follows the friendship between the Chinese Emperor and a nightingale with a magnificent singing voice. Created by Riccardo Giraudi, Nightingale by Beefbar is a unique culinary destination which combines Asian flavors with the famous Beefbar identity. THE ARCHITECTURE
Nightingale by Beefbar celebrates the elegance of Budapest’s Art Nouveau. Nestled in the W Budapest Hotel *****, the restaurant is theatrical, vibrant with its gorgeous shades of blue, brass and delicate lighting.
THE FOOD
Everyday, for lunch and dinner, our guests can enjoy a shareable menu, in a modern and convivial atmosphere. Nightingale’s chefs have indeed expertly crafted a variety of Asian inspired dishes alongside Beefbar famous classics, including rolls, smoked bao buns, gyoza, woks and barbecues.
